I'm Michelle Morgan, Licensee and owner of MGM Settlements.

For me, settlement is about much more than preparing documents and meeting deadlines. It's about helping people through one of life's most significant milestones with confidence, clarity and genuine care.

Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property you've cherished for many years, investing for the future or navigating a more complex transaction, I understand that every client has a unique story and every settlement matters.

I established MGM Settlements with a clear vision—to provide the highest level of professional service while ensuring every client feels supported, informed and valued. I believe that exceptional service comes from taking the time to listen, explain the process, anticipate potential issues before they become problems, and always being available when clients need advice or reassurance.

As an independent Licensed Real Estate Settlement Agent, I am passionate about protecting my clients' interests and ensuring every detail is managed with precision and care. Property transactions can be complex, and with legislation continually evolving, it is more important than ever to have an experienced professional guiding you through the process. My role is to remove the uncertainty, keep everything on track and provide you with complete peace of mind from the day your contract is signed until settlement is complete.

While I personally oversee every settlement, I am fortunate to be supported by an experienced, knowledgeable and genuinely caring team who share my commitment to exceptional client service. Together, we pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with our clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers and industry professionals. I have worked alongside Michelle Morgan since 1992 in the settlement industry, gaining extensive experience across a variety of roles. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the industry and a genuine passion for helping clients through every stage of the settlement process.

During this time, I also took time away from my career to raise my four children, which strengthened my organisational, communication, and multitasking skills. In addition, I worked as a Office Coordinator in the fashion industry, where I further developed my administrative expertise and attention to detail.

I enjoy building strong relationships with clients and colleagues and take pride in providing friendly, reliable and professional service.

Louise is a Senior Property Conveyancer who has been helping clients with their property transactions since beginning her conveyancing career in 1993.

With decades of experience in the property industry, she is known for her calm, friendly approach, attention to detail and genuine commitment to providing exceptional service. Louise understands that buying or selling a property can feel overwhelming at times, and she enjoys helping clients navigate the process with confidence by keeping them informed and making everything as straightforward as possible.

After spending several years in legal and senior executive support roles in both London and Australia, including working closely with company directors and CEOs, Louise returned to the conveyancing industry 2024 to join her sister, Michelle, at MGM Settlements.

Her broad professional experience, combined with her extensive knowledge of property settlements, allows her to anticipate challenges, communicate clearly and provide clients with the reassurance they need throughout their settlement journey.

Louise believes that every client deserves to feel supported, valued and well looked after. Her warm and approachable nature, together with her wealth of experience, helps ensure every transaction is handled with care, professionalism and personal attention from start to finish

Mish has spent over 23 years in the settlement industry, and enjoys helping clients get through the property settlement process feeling confident and at ease. Her focus is on providing a personal touch, keeping communication clear, and paying close attention to the details so everything goes smoothly.

Originally from Perth, she also spent a year living and working in London, which was an experience that boosted her people skills and love for meeting and talking to people from all walks of life.

As a proud mum of two, Mish knows how important trust and good organisation are, and always aims to make life’s big milestones as simple and stress-free as possible.

Brittany has been a part of the MGM family for a year now and she handles the opening of our files and contacting clients to introduce ourselves to them.

If you call the office on Thursdays or Fridays, you’ll often hear her voice answering your call.

Outside of the office she is a wife and mum and when she gets time for yourself, enjoys getting absorbed in a good book or an embroidery project.
